Scotland's first indigenous restaurant festival and pop up market is being planned for 5th & 6th September in Glasgow, and organisers are looking for producers from across the West of Scotland to particpate.
A wide geographic spread of producers with a wide range of different types of food and drink are sought for the 40 available stands. The stands will be pre-built and cost £100 exc VAT, and producers have the opportunity to apply for the full weekend, to share a stand with another producer or to attend either Saturday or Sunday.

Let’s Eat Glasgow will feature livestock; a pop up market with 40 artisan food and drink producers and food-based local social enterprises; a restaurant showcase with great food created by the city’s top restaurants under the banner Real Food, Real Folk as well as butchery and cooking demonstrations and live entertainment.
