REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene, 4 day courses starting in April and Jun in Dumfries and May in Stranraer.  Places limited. Fees for this course are currently reduced to £150. Full details here.

REHIS Controlling the Risk of Cross Contamination, 21 March in Dumfries and 8 May in Stranraer.  Fees £75.  Full details here. This one day course is designed to be a refresher to Intermediate Food Hygiene but can also be taken by people working in high risk food situations.
