The workshops will be led by local photographer David Moses who has particular expertise in food and hospitality photography. He will outline the importance of photography in creating appeal, explain how to recognise good photography and how best to use it in your business. David will also provide practical instruction in food photography for social media.
All participants should bring with them a smart phone or a digital camera. If you are able to, please download Instagram onto your smart phone before attending.
Food and drink producers should bring examples of their products with them to photograph on the day.
The workshops are free of charge to eligible businesses and lunch and refreshments will be provided. Eligible businesses are food and drink producers in Dumfries & Galloway, or hospitality and retail businesses based in Dumfries & Galloway that use and promote local food.
To book your place email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following details:
- Your name and name of your business
- Your preferred workshop
- Note any dietary requirements
- Advise which products you are likely to bring with you
